Most ATM machines in the world include what is called the Atalla  Box

Who is this person?

#Mohamed_Atallah is an Egyptian-American businessman, engineer, inventor, chemist and physicist. He was born in Egypt on August 4, 1924 in Port Said. Some scientists have classified the #Electronic_Age based on its inventions.

The most important of them was the MOSFET # , that is, the field transistor, which consists of three main layers: the gate, the source, and the drain. It works by controlling the flow of current between the source and drain using an electrical signal on the coil. It is also considered the largest commodity sold in human history, with 21 septillions, or 21 followed by 23 zeros.

Atallah is considered the first to invent the Pin_code # which is used in the ATM # to obtain cash amounts. And the Led display , which was the reason for the development of mobile screens.

Muhammad Atallah died on December 30, 2009. Although he was a mechanic and had nothing to do with electronics, his achievements in this field contributed to him being called “the godfather of the field of information security and protection in the world.”
