Gov.sa electronic services for the convenience of every citizen and resident in the Kingdom

Government services have always been a source of concern for citizens, as they require effort from them in all parts of the country. Based on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s keenness to provide all services, data and information to its citizens and residents in the best possible way, and in line with Vision 2030, the unified national portal was established.

The unified national platform gov.sa specializes in e-government transactions, through which all members of society, companies and visitors, from anywhere, can access #e-government_services and carry out transactions with them quickly and with high efficiency.

Electronic services are available through the platform, either through integration with other government agencies or by providing links to the websites of those agencies and their services on the platform until it has become an integrated system and source of data in which all government sectors are linked.

#gov.sa has multiple channels to support beneficiaries in addition to being an electronic portal. It includes the service channel via contact and service center offices, in addition to phone applications.

In order to maintain the security of #data issued by trusted private bodies such as the Ministry of Education or Health and others, the system guarantees the confidentiality of the information contained in the unified national file by taking advantage of the secure internal network that is not connected to the Internet, which connects all ministries and government agencies within the #Kingdom of #Saudi_Arabia and works to pass the required #data without Share it or save it to remain exclusively with the original party.

The platform also determines the type of #data and the entities authorized and responsible for it, and extracts each person’s data from those entities through the use of the ID number. Once the user authenticates the login, he can view all of his registered information from all parties through the Takamul channel. It also helps in correcting the incorrect #data once The beneficiary reports it by communicating with the relevant authorities.
