Digital transformation is an essential step in government centers and agencies

  • Simplifying the procedures required of beneficiaries by relying on fast electronic services.
  • Enabling the state to enhance the values ​​of transparency and accountability for business based on actual performance and noticeable progress.
  • Creating an equipped digital environment capable of digital transformation and benefiting society and the public technically through it.

 

The challenges facing government agencies during digital transformation are:

  • Lack of technically trained competencies , which causes some problems during digital transformation.
  • Lack of acceptance of new things: from managers because they do not understand technology and consider traditional methods more successful.

It is a positive step towards the future. Every entity must make digital transformation the cornerstone of its next journey if it wants to continue to develop, raise quality, and achieve the desired success
